1915 - 1948

Time 1915: Enrico Carra found the dairy-farming Carra Enrico and start his experience as entrepreneur. Until the 1950s the dairy-farming Enrico Carra is extended in the Parmense and the pleasant and of Reggio Emilia territory, with stores for the wholesale to Savona and Genova.

1948 – 1982

In 1948 the company buys an establishment of alimentary preserves to Valera, in Parma province. Since that moment the company, whom she enters to do Nando Carra part, Enrico's son, has produced tomato preserves.
Under the clever direction of Nando Carra the company will remain in the sector of the tomato preserves for more than 30 years, continuously feeding the qualitative level that from always characterizes it.In 1972, turned it into the meantime in Carra Fratelli,the company receives the prestigious international prize "gold Ercole", what recognition to the production, the activity, to the cooperation spirit shown in the respects for the distributive sector.

1982 – 1994

The Carra Fratelli finishes in 1982 the tomato concentrate production and peeled tomatoes
It chooses to diversify the production and he inserts himself in the sector of the vegetable preserves, further strengthening that quality that became by now the order word of the company.
In 1994 Nando Carra almost retires totally from the entrepreneurial activity, leaving the management of the Carra Fratelli to the Rosanna Carra daughter.
