During the years Carra Alimentary Industries he chose to invest in technologies and resources with the aim of constantly improving the productive process to guarantee the quality of the Carra product.
The growth of the productive capacity was taken by the strict search of the maximum hygiene of the production systems, of the single raw materials and the ended product.Whole our production in fact, certified an EN ISO 9001:2000 and IFS, is directed by an alimentary technician, while the quality control concerning this last one is meticulously executed both a microbiologist and a technician feed; the everything in the strict respect of the good quality criteria codified in the HACCP system.Our products are states chosen also by gastronomies, important companies of Catering and famous Chef.

The plant in San Ruffino di Vigatto (Parma) currently occupies a covered area of 2,200 sq.mt. and an opened area of 6,200 sq.mt.
