PESTO ALLA GENOVESE
The basil we use comes from the Liguria region, its aroma is fresh and clean, with no mint scents. The recipe results from a long research that has led to a high quality product in terms of taste and look. The product looks homogeneous and shiny green, the taste is full, rotund and fragrant. Recommendations for use: it is ideal for dressing pasta, rice and potato gnocchi (just before use, dilute the pesto with a spoonful of the pasta cooking water). It dresses potatoes and boiled beans; ideal to be added to vegetable soups just before serving; sauce for boiled fish .
